Now offering this D.I.Y. (Do It Yourself) Kit to build your own Prismatic Battery and Save!

This Kit will Include the following.

 

  • 90 - 2.9AH Prismatic LTO Cells (Contained in factory module) un-assembly needed to remove cells.
  • 1 - Premium Set of 43.5AH Bus Bars
  • 1 - Unfinished 3/4" Birch Wood Containment Box (unassembled)
  • 1 - Heltec 5a 6S Balancer - The 4-6s balancer that will be included may need to be soldered over to the LTO option on the board
  • 1 - Polycarbonate Cover (Clear or Smoked)
  • 180 - M4 x 0.7 Flange Nuts
  • 14 - M8 x 1.25 x 12mm Bolts
  • 32 - #2 Phillip Wood Screws
  • 12 - M5 x 0.8 x 20mm Screws
  • 4 - M5 x 0.8 x 8mm Screws
  • 7 - 16-14ga Ring Terminals
  • 12 - 1/4" Bus Bar Spacers (To ensure the Bus Bars do not touch during assembly)

 

Tools Needed for Project

  • 3mm & 5mm Allen Wrench
  • 6mm Deep Socket
  • 7mm Deep Socket
  • Scissors to cut factory spacers
  • #2 Phillips
  • 2 or 3 Bar Clamps at least 24"
